Please have all materials for the show shipped directly to the Convention Center. Please do not have merchandise delivered before March 15, 2018. If it arrives earlier than the 15th, merchandise will be refused by the Convention Center.

Please do not ship perishable material to the Convention Center in advance, we cannot guarantee that it will be placed into a temperature-controlled facility.
Exhibitor kits with entry badges can be picked up from Autogeek Booth on Friday March 16th.
Staff will be on site from 9:30am on.

Selling & Displaying:
Along with this information sheet, we have attached a Sell or Display form.
Please promptly return this form to us so that we can prepare accordingly.
Staff will be available throughout the entire weekend to assist you in restocking your booths.
We will have a cash and carry section where customers can order anything we carry on our website. We will be offering 15% off and free shipping. You can direct customers there if you are not selling or do not have the products they are requesting in your booth.
Please do not hesitate to send them our way if we can assist them in purchasing something that you may not have in your booth.
They can use this code online for a discount during the show, you are welcome to share this code.

During the Show:
If at any time you need any additional product, we will have runners throughout the convention center that can assist you with that.
We will have a DJ on site, if you would like to make any special announcements.
Just an FYI to pass along, helium balloons are not allowed in the building.
Convention Center does have Wi-Fi.
We will have mobile credit card machines throughout the convention center. If you need to process a credit card order please contact one of our Staff Members, they will be available to help you.
We will have runner going to and from our warehouse and the Convention Center throughout the weekend. Should you run out of products or need anything special, please let one of our staff members.
EVENTS / SEMINARS
- Exhibitor Lunch – We will have lunch available for all exhibitors & staff on Saturday & Sunday from 11am – 1pm in located in Room 1A (located at main entrance).
- Annual Detail Fest Social – Saturday afternoon immediately after the show (4:00pm – 6:00pm) in Room 1A of the Convention Center (located at main entrance). Light appetizers and a cash bar will be available. All exhibitors are invited to mingle with other vendors and celebrities.
- Seminars – If you are signed up for a seminar we will have projectors available upon request.
- Please bring your own laptops for power point presentations.
- We will provide two tables, a demo hood and chairs for each class.
- If there is anything else you think you might need, it can be ordered directly from Show Management.
We will have cars moving out Saturday evening once the show is over and new cars will be moving in on Sunday morning. We ask that all vendors be aware of their surroundings and please stay clear of the car show area while this transition is in process.
We ask that all exhibitors stay clear of the loading areas, trucks and trailer. These areas can be particularly dangerous during the move in and move out stages.
Prevent electrical shock, failing items and damage to materials. Do not attach items or equipment to drapes or metal framework provided for your booth. This can cause serious injury or damage to materials.
Car in Booth: If you have a car on display in your booth please make sure you do not have more than ¼ tank of gas, battery is disconnected, and you have a catch pan underneath the vehicle.
POST SHOW PAPERWORK / LABELS
Please make sure to bring your FedEx return shipping labels and instructions pre-printed. We will not have the capabilities to print labels on site. FedEx will be on site to pick up all outgoing shipments on Sunday evening.
