Our dealers undergo obligatory training, and the standard 12-month warranty – which can be extended to 36 months, or 3000 operating hours – is valid worldwide.
Built-in self-diagnostics system
Our machines have a built-in self-diagnostics system that tells you what need to do to avoid failure. The system works just like the control panel in your car that tells you, for example, about the need to replenish the fluids or change the engine oil. After you get one of such messages, it is enough to perform a maintenance activity on your own. Doing this does not affect the loss of warranty.
If someone does not feel up to it, they can use video conferencing via facetime or WhatsApp. Our engineer will explain what needs to be done. This does not affect the loss of warranty or generate additional costs. Our team of mechanics will take care of your problem-free of charge and help every owner of the machine, regardless of whether they bought it as a new or second-hand one.
